I need you to develop some software for me. I would like to build an iptv server i can have in my home so i can have 48 hour to one week playback on german tv channels.

Need the best free M3U and EPG.

Can purchase hardware.

Need to onow the best app to use for playback on our tv. Android box lready purchased.
