Cross-platform App IDE in xamarin(?)

Hello, I would like the creation of an IDE for both iOs and Android. Should it be with Xamarin? I'm open to suggestions. Description of the app: The app will connect securely with a system which will control (on/off) and send data about the electricity usage, via WebSockets and JSon to a server. The server will connect with both the control system on a home and the application. We have a dummy server created already, whcih listens and sends to both ends (control system and authenticated users' apps). I DONT WANT YOU TO MAKE THE ACTUAL CONNECTION BUT PREPARE THE APP ACCORDINGLY In the app there will be a minimal simple but beautiful GUI with curved angles. It should be a nice aesthetic and easy and fun to use. The app will have the services below so the GUI should be designed accordingly. 3 Main Screens: First screen only on first time use: a. Choose language (there will not be much text), b. Owner or Tentant. If you are an owner enter the code we have sent you to unlock. If you are a tentant enter your mobile phone and we will send you a code to enter in a filed so there will be authentication Second screen for owners: a. Preview of a graph of electricity usage and calculation the estimated cost (input the cost of kWh and just do the math). On/off button to turn on or off the electricity. b. A button for a simple ranking on your real estate. (for example 2 beds, 1 a/c 2 toilets = 4 keys , 1 bed 1 a/c 1 toilet = 3 keys) (more info in pm) c. Request contact with owner. maybe a chat if approved. This service may have a minor cost Second screen for tentants: a. A button for inviting a Technical Expert (via sms server, just prepare dont implement) There will be a minor cost for this service so we have to prepare that too. b. A Delivery Menu button which will have a selection of food photographs and fields where you can easily choose and order. (via sms or email) c. Request contact with owner.
