Microsoft Access: REST and Amazon S3 File Upload + bucket creation

We need a Microsoft Access form which enables users to upload three (3) files/objects to Amazon S3. We cannot provide a sandbox environment for you- that is up to you to initiate/test. We will test using our signatures, etc.

REST API or .NET preferred for use with MS Access. Form needs to provide a way to +securely+ upload S3 with AWS signature. All uploaded objects are to be private objects (NO public objects!).

Form user needs to be able to provide their bucket name, which may be presented with "/". So if bucket is presented as "/FlowerShop/FlowerShopName then REST needs to create the two buckets. If bucket FlowerShop already exists, but sub-bucket "FlowerShopName" does not exist, then create the sub-bucket. Bucket paths could be 5 or 6 buckets long potentially.

REST service needs to detect if bucket present, and if no, then create one, otherwise upload file object.

Once successful, txtURL fields need to provide the URL link and update the url txtboxes.

Successful uploads need to update the associated table.

Permissions need allow download with AWS signature in header.
