I need a program that compares images of lentils, wheat, and barley grains in terms of shape, length, width, diameter and color

The program should be able to give the length and size and type of the grain in the output image. It should be able to group each type of grains based on shape, size, color, and texture. It should be able to count the grans in the image and count the not completed grains separately. It should handle the images entered from the scanner. The program should use some algorithms, classifiers, techniques and then compare the results with what was applied in this field. The program should be usable by non-computer users.
