VFX Keying and Ghost/Squeeze Effect

Looking for a VFX artist to do greenscreen keying, plus a "squeeze" effect and a "ghost" effect, on a 39-second clip of live action video.
The raw, original 39-second clip can be seen/downloaded at [login to view URL] (there is no audio track). The actor is shot against greenscreen. Please key out the greenscreen and mask out everything but the actor. (This keying job is a little tricky because one of the lights on the greenscreen background is a bit too bright and creates a "hot spot" on the greenscreen.)
Then, please create a feathering mask so that the actor's robes at the bottom of the screen fade to nothing.
Then, please apply a blue-ish, glowing, ghostly effect. (However, please do NOT make the actor transparent. The actor should still be "solid." I just need the blue-ish, glowing, ghostly effect.)
Finally, starting at the 35 second mark, animate the actor so they appear to fly up into the air and squeeze down into a small space toward the bottom of the screen, kind of like flying down into a toilet. To see the effect I'm looking for, please see the 3-second clip at [login to view URL] I don't want you to add the toilet itself, and don't add the water splashing, or anything like that. Just make the character fly up and then squeeze down, as though they are going into a toilet at approximately that same position on the screen as in the 3-second clip above. This flying/squeezing sequence, which should start at the 35-second mark, should be a total of 4 seconds long.
Actually, I don't need the "blue-ish, glowing, ghost effect." But I do need the other parts of the job listing.
