chamälion clip with adobe after effects + particle builder

I need a movie made with adobe after affects and the plugin Particle Builder. Here is a link: Particle Builder. I need the scene from minute 9:11. The one with the Chamäleon. look at my script. left Chamäleon, right the clock. Chamäleon loses its color, clock adopts it. need the film including the moving eyes. I have the picture with the Chamäleon and the clock pictures. Length clip: 2-3 seconds.
