I am an affiliate for a group of Adult Dating websites and want to hire team members to bring more traffic. This is 100% Rev Share and recurring commissions for the lifetime of the customer. Customers have options to buy packages worth 20, 50, 100 or 200 €. Usually customers stay for 2 or 3 months, and they buy multiple packages. From this revenue, we get between 30 and 35% share. We will split this share and you will get more revenue than me. This is a very good opportunity and the reason I share it with you now is because I am new to affiliate marketing and think it is better to work in a team with more experienced affiliates. Roles as an Affiliate Network Manager/Campaign Manager: - Handling team distributing and helping daily tasks. - Manage Campaigns/Account Management in Affiliate Networks (Shareasale, Commission Junction, Affiliate Window, Tradetracker etc.) - Day to day update of the campaigns into the affiliate networks. - Launching new clients/merchants/campaigns into the networks and setup all structures including commission, tracking link etc. - Test sales/bookings to check the tracking. - Sales validation with checking error in tracking - Responsible for support emails - Forum posting of launching campaign, promotions etc. on Abestweb and Performancein - Email newsletter to the affiliate through the affiliate networks for any update. - Handling affiliate networks tickets submitted by the affiliates - Building relationship with the international affiliate networks - Optimization of the sales validation process - Hire affiliates for promotions and pitch campaigns to the affiliates according to their marketing method, the niche and categories. - Responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks & management - Maintaining stimulating relationships with the Key affiliates and digital campaigns. - Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions - Checking fraudulent act
