I need an Advertising Specialist for Business Startup I plan to launch in January 2018

My business will sell advertising space within the dry cleaning industry. There is a large franchise competitor marketing the same type of service, but their territory restrictions are too unrealistic. So, I plan to "go it alone" and operate as an independent sole proprietor as I know the industry well enough to prosper without franchise support. What I need is assistance in selecting a business name, creating a simple logo, and composing four specifically different advertising pieces (3 full-page flyers and one counter display) that will essentially be customized "knock offs" of my competitor's standard advertising flyers yet are distinctly more dynamic and independent enough so as not to plagiarize in any way. Although this is not a particularly large project at present, it has the potential to offer long-term repeat business to the professional who can deliver to supreme degree of satisfaction.
