We are an ecommerce firm and would like to have someone setup our new Zoho books account according to our requirements. We have two bank current accounts, we make a number of business purchases with credit cards issued to directors. We sell online only (through our own website as well as through Amazon) both within India as well as outside India. We need to record our incomes (always coming into our bank account from Amazon/PayPal/Paytm/2checkout) and our expenses which happens by cash, current account debit cards and also by credit cards owned by the directors. We would also like to use the GST features in Zoho books. We do not want maintenance - only an initial set up that would suit our business and a short advisory (if needed) on how to get started with recording accounts. Till now, we have done our accounting on Wave business but the accounts have gone completely haywire because of bad recording on our end.
