Human Resources MS Access 2013 modification

Hi,

I have two Databases in MS Access that I need to modify. One database is template I found online from some Pakistani company - but this template is describing very good what I need for company in which I currently work.

I would like to "tidy" pakistani template, data structure is messy and modify database to meet my needs. Second database i provided in project documentation is access db with only tables - this information is what I need to implement into pakistani template. Basically I want my tables in template with all Pakistani template functionality of course I would need this template form to be updated and graphically and user friendly-

This db. I will use to:

1) HR Management (simple informations)

2) Salary Calculations (all employees have id number and they are working on hourly rate - this module should have capability to import csv or xls with hours list per month. The database should be created according to Excel spreadsheet with capability to send automated reports to all employees at the end of the month when salary is calculated. All salary are on hourly rate with some deductions every month

3) Plane tickets management

4) Rent-a-car management for employees

5) Company assets management (per asset that is issued to employee)

6) Fuel cards management per employee

7) Reports (regarding salary, hours, cars, fuel limits etc...)
