Find an Accountant

We are looking for Business administrators and experienced qualified Accountants to develop a bsuiness specification for a business management software with an accounting module integrated which is intended internally for our group of companies. a) This specification must contain: Must be initially Generic since we are more than one company; An overall process describing the flow and main events during the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly cycle of a business administration / accounting, i.e. bank reconciliation, closing, cash flow...; Key information (that the user must provide) for each step / screen; Required calculations; Relationship between the several steps (screens); All the modules should be covered such as: Company (Products and Services, chart of accounts...); Customers (sales receipt, invoices, income list, payments to receive/pending...); Suppliers (list, bills...); Employee (list, benefits, payroll...); Banking (bank accounts, expenses in Cheques, Credit card, cash, deposits, online banking, transfers, reconciliation, journal entry...); Reports (several kind of reports that would be needed...); Taxes; Accounting/bookkeeper; Sales (Orders, products / services....); Stock (balance, inventory management...); Purchase (management, quotes, purchase order...); THE MODULES ABOVE ARE EXAMPLES AND THE BUSINESS SPECIFICATION FOR THIS SYSTEM SHOULD CONTAIN NOT ONLY THE ABOVES, BUT ALL THE ASPECTS. This document must be developed by a professional accountants and business administrators; The project will be delivered in phases (To be discussed how it will be broke down); Each phase will be reviewed by two of our accountants; This document should be written by professionals with experience on ERP systems; This process must be clear and flexible; b) Document format This document must contain powerpoint and word documents very well detailed and clean. c) Time frame: This business spec must be completed in 100 hours and in a max of 1 month. d) Budget and payment: We are looking for a team of two or more accountants in order to have more precision and to comprise with above deadline.
