Wordpress site tuning-up

I have a customized wordpress site and want to further tune it up. The site should be first installed as a multisite, with the subdirectory (not subdomain) option. Basically, what I want is: - Set up a new site, for a different language. The design, looks, structure, etc is the same as the initial site; mutual link buttons between the two sites should be provided. Use same database; need to add new tables with different prefixes, for the second site. I will provide translations for the menus, etc. - Refactor & clean-up the php files code and the database (which now contain lots of garbage from the initial theme that was used as base). ##### Deliverables & Support: ##### The updated wp-content folder. The updated database. Support for installing and customization of the new installation.
