Hi I have a Blank form in Honk Kong, which needs to be picked up and deliver back. I will send you a word file, based on your printer settings you need to adjust this word file (Up/down) and print on form. Output should properly typed form. Total 2 pages. but you need to print some 10-12 pages to ensure final version is correct.

Hello, I am based in Hong Kong and can pick up the form for you and deliver a completed form with printed details. I have a printer and can customize your MS Word file so that it fits in to the form nicely. This should be done in two days. I can go to pick up the form the next day after you have emailed me the details, and I can deliver the completed form the day after.
