HTML Table Editing for Report Cover

Unfortunately, I'm not as patient as I used to be. I started a project and need your help to finish up. It's just for the front cover of the Proposal report. I write my proposals using a CRM system. It does not use CSS or anything fancy. Just HTML, it uses TinyMCE as the editor. It's pretty robust for a WYSIWYG editor. The CRM also has a PDF button that converts what we create into a PDF. this makes things a little tougher, because I cannot predict what the PDF will look like- the images are ending up a little off, and that's no good for a first impression. Can you optimize my work, clean it up, and get it to work right? - I'm attaching what the PDF looks like as well as the code. If it looks alright to you, then don't bid on this project. Originally, I did want just 1 big picture, but had to settle for breaking the images up- if you can get that working correctly that would be great. I will be using this for future proposals and would rather change out 1 or 2 images vs 5 or 6 The CRM is Perfex and do not want the script files altered. I'd like to work within their system, as there are frequent updates. If you bid, you will have a login and password and you can complete it right on there. I need this to look good by the end of the day. My hopes is that a programmer or developer would be better than me- this has taken me days to get this far
