Looking for assistance in writing a specific Macro in Outlook 2010.

Either on Exchange server ( to apply to all users) or on client machines

The macro should be able to CC another person (as specified by the user)

when a MEETING invitation is ACCEPTED where the invitation contains EXTERNAL Email addresses ( so anything with '@' sign because all internal emails don't have that).

I'm looking for either VB macro or Rule or something to be setup so that this rule can be applied to all users.

Well this can be done only for client side, means on the system where this macro is used. The outlook itself is a mailing client and not a server, so we cannot use macro to apply to all users. It can be done using some Altro
