This job is an opportunity for those who have worked in customer service to turn the tables and call peers as a customer and then give feedback on how the call was handled. This is a compliance call job open to US residents. As a compliance caller you will contact our hotlines for products and services as a potential customer and then provide written feedback on how the agent handled the call. This job helps improve customer service performance including sales. Please submit your quote in the form of an hourly wage. This is a one-time job with the opportunity for rehire . Thank you.
