Part Time / Freelance Sales / BD / Marketing - Attractive bonus based on performance and sales conversions ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are a startup in the Telematics / GPS space with a amazing product. Key Responsibilities : - The role requires to meet with new prospective clients of the company that is Cab Providers / Car Rental Companies / Logistic Providers / Schools / School Founders / chairperson / Principal / Individuals / Child & Women Safety and other key stakeholders to propose them a solution. - Sell GPS Solutions - Hardware Devices and Software to clients in India - Sell GPS Software across the globe. - Please note this role requires extensive travelling and is not an office based role. - Key criteria for this role is MBA from a good college. - The role will report to CTO and a Matrix to CEO - The person will ensure that he increase sales pipeline by identifying market opportunities, driving new business, and expanding on a base of existing customers. He/She will work closely with the CTo / CEO to develop short- and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the total business. - The person will be expected to spend approximately 70% of his time in the field working directly with customers, and will maintain several of his/her own accounts with high-profile customers. Must Have Experience/ skills : - It requires a hunter mindset to acquire new business - Demonstrated record of selling in B2B environment. - Excellent in building stakeholder/Client relationship across levels - Good in market intelligence, sales process, and data - Innovative thinking would help - Key criteria for this role is MBA (full time) from a Top B school only Note : - If interested please include a cover letter with your location preference, what type of experience you have to fit the bill, your interest in working in Bangalore (cover letter is a must) EXPERIENCE: - We are looking for an individual with a zeal to perform and build a organization, focused largely on the Business Development - Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills, - Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients at one time - Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously. - Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS - Post-Graduation / MBA from reputed institute. - Strong business development and programme management experience in the professional services and solutions arena. We are startup and the incumbent in the role will be provided with bonus based performance only, once you are able to prove us then the incumbent will be hired on roles.
