Looking for a formulator with sound experience using organic ingredients i.e., powdered herbs, powdered oats, beeswax/borax emulsifier, coconut oil, - for oil in water formulation. Must be able to make sample from ingredients we supply. We have all active ingredient percentages. Will need help with emulsifier, water, and coconut oil percentages.
