A special type of redir affiliate links

Hi I want to know if the following is possible. I have a site with lots of redir affiliate links. Now if i get another website to drive traffic to my site, can those users be redired to other affiliate links. Let me give an example to clarify. Site A wants to send traffic to my site. I then set up new affiliate accounts with service providers so that we and site A can share the revenue.
