Stock photo website

Hi, We need a stock photo website needed. Due to the fact that the company is new, we cannot describe all functions here, but the functionality is basically the same as the functionalities on the site [login to view URL] We will need to add and change functionality but the extension of the project is basically this. We will need to make sure we have processor/memory/bandwidth etc enough when solution is considered. Included in the project is to make sure the site is working (where it will be placed) for a number of users with easy scalability. Testing and verification needs to be done, and we will pay parts by phases delivered only. Payments need to work as well as security issues solved. Please give us an estimate on project cost. Work can be done where you live, but preferably where this project is run from in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are two persons running the project and we try to lower our costs, and at the same time we will need full functionality.
