We are a La Misericordia Home Care, a local home care agency out of Laredo, Texas. Recent state regulation has forced us to use an EVV system to verify client visits. This verification method works by affixing a 6 digit one time password device to the clients home. Using this device the employee calls a specified toll free line (18442454119) and enters their employee number, client number, and token number every time they wish to record a visit. The desired application should be able to store the employee number and multiple client numbers so they only have to be entered once. The application should then prompt user for token in number and token out number and have a button to place the call whereby the application will parse the number possibly using DTMF tones (18442454119,,12345,,54321,,101010,,010101) and complete the call. It is also desired that there be an option to take a picture of the number on the token device that the application will convert into text and use as either the token in or token out number when dialing. All in all the aim is to reduce the amount of human error in manually entering up to 25 digits when verifying a visit. A preliminary solution should be delivered within a months time.
