Would like an Android app that uses the camera scanner to transcribe the numbers and game on the ticket which then scrapes the Lottery site for the numbers. The first step would be to select the country/state, then the particular game for that state, and finally tell you what the results are based on the rules of that game. I want to put this on the Google Play Store and also have it Google Admob ready for ad revenue. I can provide for detail or guidance if necessary.
