Hi, I am technically-sophisticated professional with enormous experience & exposure in system administration, design & configuration on Windows and Linux platforms in data center, commissioning/De-commissioning H/W for HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco, HP, Cisco & Dell Blade servers & associated parts, administration and troubleshooting of virtual platform such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V. I have also working knowledge and experience on various cluster technologies such as Microsoft Failover Cluster, Microsoft NLB Cluster, Red Hat Cluster, HAProxy, Keepalived etc. I am specialized on system administration, design, deployment and troubleshooting. Hello I am system and network administrator, with more then 8 years of experience. During that period I have installed, administrate and maintain a large amount of various servers, such as Web Server (Apache, IIS), Mail Server (Postfix, Exim, MS Exchange), DNS Server (BIND, Unbound, MS DNS), etc., based on , FreeBSD, CentOS, RHL, etc. And of course I have a lot of experience in working with MS Servers and other MS products. What is it that you are trying to do with virtualization exactly? I understand that you are using VMware as your platform, which version are you using?

I have a long time experience with supporting and building world wide distributed AD networks (about 30 offices around the world with several Datacenters) with a tons of virtual MS windows servers and clients(Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris). Troubleshooting of all MS core services (DNS, AD, CA, NPS, GPO, Print servers, DHCP, WSUS etc...). A good knowledge of VMware vCenter virtualization and clustering. I can provide fast and qualitatively support of any problems that can happen.
