Bird dogs/Property Locators in Ohio, Missouri, Tenessee and Georgia

Introduction I am a private Real Estate Investors in the business of buying Vacant Properties. I am part of US based National Network of real estate investors that have a tremendous buying power. Becasue we buy ONLY VACANT HOUSES and have tremendous buying power, we are currently in need of bird dogs/property locators who; 1. Will find us vacant properties property (leads) in their areas. 2. We will provide a list of vacant properties and have them "drive by and evaluate" for us by verifying if indeed the property is vacant, take a few pictures and estimate it's condition based on what they see when they are there. Project Description We need signed-up and ready to work birddogs or property locators who will work with us as described above. This project is NOT about providing a list of potential property locators but signed-up, confirmed and ready to work property locators. The project for the Freelancer's will be to provide no less than ten very serious, confirmed and ready to work property locators.
