I would like to hire a Marketing Specialist

We are an asset management firm that has specialized in bad-debt dissolvent for some time and our current telemarketing is expensive and very time-consuming. Since the housing market has turned around we are now trying to break into the timeshare market (since they are extremely bad investments). Our firms owners have obtained multiple timeshare owner lists (over 15000 exact names/#'s/addresses) of our exact target market. Now it is just a matter of getting to them. We are opening an Atlanta office and have several billboards going up several billboards going up on major highways. The billboards are great exposure but they do not let us capitalize on the lists we have, which are much more valuable. Just in GA alone, we have over 6000 potential clients. I just read about custom audience marketing on FB and Instagram where you can use exact names/numbers and then also do a lookalike audience as well. We have all of this info..and then some. This type of marketing sounds like it is exactly what we need. Can you help us reach these people more efficiently than our billboard campaign? To sum up, we know where all the pots of gold are at we just need to know how to get over the rainbow to them. What can be done here and what would it cost for a strong 6 mo campaign to keep posting ads over and over to these target customers? What is an expected conversion rate or ROI based on your previous campaings and can reference be provided?
