1. The application form website for submitting the return of goods information can be developed. 2. Customers fill in the form and submit. 3. Form to be designed as per the provided layout, form fields, form validation and mandatory fields. 4. Form to have the upload option ( to upload document, image etc.,) 5. Submitted data to be stored in the database and sent in an email. 6. Emails to be sent to: a. Customer - with instructions and PDF attachment b. Admin - The form data entered by the customer. 7. Backend dashboard: a. Create email letter forms. b. Maps them to the corresponding language c. Site will handle the language from a separate language file. The site will use variables which will be replaced based on the language files. Questions: a. What is the PDF attachment sent to the customer email? b. What instructions to be sent to the customer over email? c. Users need to login to the system. Do they need to register also? Please clarify how the login and registration needs to function. d. Will admin be logging in for the backend separately? e. After submitting the form, what are the customer actions inside the website? f. Does the admin backend need to list the submissions of the customers and to show the detailed page? g. Will the admin take any action on the submissions from the backend ?
