Website done in php need a few issues addressed they are described in detail below you can check out site at [login to view URL] if completed i have more work for you I NEED THIS DONE ASAP Affiliate links- right now you cant activate affiliate links unless you pass two calls now i want a affiliate request button under their affiliate tab '(refer only) it will notify me in admin area and i can deny or accept their request (with reason) Payout List- I am suppose to be able to sort items on my payouts page sort by email, name, etc and i can sort by EXACT or by a portion but anytime i put in HAVING it will change to all not allowing me to sort W9- Users are suppose to be able to submit w9 form under their profile in pdf or jpg, png (any picture format) and I can view it in my admin area but for some reason I can only view pdf also on faq page Contest meters- they are not starting on the days that they are supposed to start on they are counting all calls completed on the network during any period not necessarily during the start date Surveys: Users are supposed to be able to resubmit PASSED surveys every 31 days and failed surveys anytime but its telling users that completed calls 90 days ago they can’t resubmit for 30 days

Hi there. There are quite a few things on your list, there. Is this on a framework or developed in raw php? We had a similar affiliate issue before with the yacht company so I understand how critical that is; if I took the job on, I would be able to deliver it for you by the end of the weekend. I could do the most pressing things immediately (forgotten pw and affiliate links not working) but the others may have to wait a day or two.
