Hi I'm a blender user and have actually done a a fluffy ball before, similar to the image you uploaded. If I'm correct, the picture you uploaded for reference is from the chuzzle game right? This will be a sphere with a hair particle system. If you need it done differently from the particle system, i can still do it. Particles will be best though. Please accept me to do the job and it will be done quickly and accurately
