I need an SEM advertising expert who can read and write Japanese to develop a PPC campaign to be run on Google and Yahoo Japan. The work would include keyword research and strategy (in Japanese) as well as ad writing and managing the campaign. The project would run for 2-3 months initially with a possible extension depending on results.
