Fantasy Novel - Editor/Ghost Writer

I have been working on an epic fantasy series for the past several years. The series is in five volumes in its current structure, each volume ~600 pages. The novel was originally written in my own native language, but due to many restrictions and limited market I have decided to translate and publish it in English. I have been working with an editor for several months, edited ~160 pages. I love her work but sadly she is very busy and our pace is direly slow. Hence I am forced to look for another editor whom can do 40-50 pages per week. English isn't my native tongue, I have never studied English. So there may be metaphors and descriptions which are hard for me to translate. It's not just an edit job, you'll need to do ghost-writing as well - maybe a lot of ghost-writing. Communication is very important to me, I prefer if you use Skype or at least reply to my emails decently. Believe me I won't be bothering you a lot, but taking 7 days to reply to an email is not tolerable in 2016. I will send you chapter by chapter, you will do your magic and send it back to me. I will leave you notes and comments and resend the chapter to you. You'll apply the comments and we move on to the next chapter.
