There are around 60000 emails and I need ur team to send emails to invite companies for exhibition. This is the purpose of the job. I want u to guarantee the quality because it is related to your bonus. It is a long-lasting project so I want to make sure there is enough people, and then, I want your team members to send emails one by one manually (including Dear XXX), not email group texting. I will provide u email addresses and u can use them to communicate with those companies. Also, u can call them to invite, but no matter what way u use, remember that official email is the only way for me to check your job!!! It means that if u uses phone calling to invite them and they promise to take part in the exhibition, they also need to use their company’s official email to send the confirmation as a proof. Regard to the remuneration, I will pay u according to the number of companies u invite. For example, there are two kinds of invitation. The first one is that the company is willing to take part in or visit our exhibition, so the company needs to fill in a form called “Buyer Confirmation” and then I will pay u $1 dollars/ per company. The second one is that the company is willing to be the exhibitors of our exhibition. For this one, the company needs to fill in a form called “Exhibition Confirmation” and I will pay u $10 dollars/ per company. So I will provide all documents u need, including two confirmation forms, the template of invitation letter, 5-6 email addresses, the link of our Facebook Page and official website. U needs to attach all of them.
