Need a conversation chatbot on a courier company website - preferably using api.ai (or other tools)

We need a chatbot for our website for a door to door courier and cargo company. This bot can be powered by [login to view URL] or any other ai tool. The bot would take care of these intents among a few others: Schedule a Pickup of their parcel (and store in our database in firebase) Get a cost estimate of sending a parcel (using our pricing table that is dependent on city of origin, destination, weight, dimensions) Track a parcel that they sent earlier (tracking data would be available in our firebase database) Give information on regulations, packing guidelines and also our services. This chatbot web page should be responsive. A separate web application is also needed that can inform the relevant pickup staff about new pickup request, see a list of scheduled pick ups and allow them to mark the pickup as done from the list. It also has to generate a tracking number along with a QR code or bar code for the tracking number when the pickup staff enters the relevant data about the sender and receiver and other details. An sms has to be sent when the parcel is received for pickup and when the parcel is delivered finally. Another android app will then be used at various points to add tracking data en route and also when the parcel is delivered. This android app that adds the location data to the database is not part of your work. That will be a separate project and you can bid for that too separately if you have android development skills.
