Cigna Inc Payroll/ Bookkeeper Manager is needed at Cigna Inc to develop and maintain service standard levels for Payroll Department . Ensure accurate and timely payroll production for all employees Responsibilities ** Review and update payroll policies and procedures as needed ** Update training procedures and schedule memos to educate field force ** Act as primary contact for District and Regional Sales Managers regarding budget and payroll expense issues ** Manage storage and retrieval of historical files and disbursement of information ** Write and maintain documentation for all payroll processes and procedures Qualifications/Experience ** Min 1-6 months Payroll experience ** Min 1-6 months Management experience ** Knowledge base of payroll taxes ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills ** Strong math and analytical skills
