We need a content writer to help us streamline and put on paper all our past transaction in a systematic format. Execute the Scope of work as below: • Prepare an end to end conversion process flow map (Logical sequence flow with process involved). • Identify the responsibilities of each stakeholder in terms of the process. • Identify the compliance, tracking system and timelines of the process throughout proposal life cycle. • Finalize on the SOP formats for Mandate, road map, term sheet, proposal reports etc. • Prepare existing proposal reports GUIDELINES SOP to ensure clarity of purpose; prerequisites are in place, logical flow of process, 1 person 1 responsibility, unambiguous instruction, simple language, graphs /tables for illustration etc. Proposal report to include : * Proposal Number * Lender(Empty-Not to mention) * Date * Plan/Strategy * Title * Reference * Prepared by , Reviewed by, Approved by * Step by step Procedures & responsibilities * Client requirement & Solution provided * Limitation/Caution * Client (Empty-Not to mention) *Advantage * Process Map * Timelines Further details as per understanding and progress. In all there are approximately 10 transactions that we need to work on.
