I'd like to let you know that your job description does not explain anything about the actual task or the deliverables from which we can measure the complexity or the number of hours it might take, so I've bid based on my previous experience on doing telecommunications projects in wireless networking. Yes, I've done assignments from universities, research paper implementation from IEEE & Elsevier as well as documentations. In MATLAB, I've also assisted some in GUI building. But, at the end, please let me know the data/files/docs you've and what is it you actually need, e/g whether you've the theoretical base for the function to be added or they need to be prepared etc..
