We are a multinational painting company looking to outsource regular requirements of calculating Bill of Quantities and brief and specific summaries of every project we send. We require someone to thoroughly review the scope and contingencies for a building by reviewing the plans and then calculating surface of walls, ceilings, door (units only) and other paintable surface as directed in the respective scope of works. We have constant work throughout the year and expect quick turnaround. The Bill Quantities do not need to be exact and specific but need to be close so we can calculate rates for the tender submission. I have included an example of a construction plans and scope we require for someone to calculate the measurements of walls, ceiling and other paintable surfaces
