3D CAD Design for CNC Manufacture

Design in CAD a golf putter preferably solidworks 4 inch by 3 inch simple structure. Rough drawing is in hand. Must be able to take drawing and design to CAD. All file types needed such as IGS, SLDPRT, STEP, and Measurments in PDF of model. Will need to think about Grams of model during creation, understand typical end mill sizes and have a understanding of CNC manufacturing and work holding to compliment CAD design. Understanding CNC, we wish to complete design in two steps (flip once) Front and back of billet of steel/aluminum. Chamfer edges for a smooth finish. Lettering is engraved. Will simply need a tool path. The final created design is solely owned by the employer. This design cannot be revealed publicly. Bidding on this job requires a Non Disclosure agreement after job is awarded. Which means you cannot discuss or share anything that pertains to this design to outside sources. The Non Disclosure agreement is typical for this kind of work and is binding. USA speaking and USA timezone or be able to communicate during the USA timezone is a requirement. We do not want a language barrier or delays associated with different time zones. Serious bids only. There will be revisions which is typical during design. Bid accordingly. Please no hidden fees. Your bid is what you will receive. Unless noted on extra work or changes not in the scope of the project. We will give a bonus to projects that we feel that meet the criteria.
