A non-profit children's charity is producing a dedicated microsite for their fundraising project aimed at primary and secondary schools across the UK.
The campaign's purpose is to raise awareness about the cause, and engage schools in active fundraising efforts to support the cause. Think Children in Need, or Comic Relief's "Red Nose Day". We want to stress the benefits of the children getting on board to convince head teachers to sign on to the project.
The copywriter/ web content writer will be required to produce engaging and compelling content to encourage and convince schools to sign up to this project. Therefore, the target audience for this would be those in head/teachers, key decision makers within schools, parent governors etc.
Producing web content for 5 web pages.
Experience/understanding in writing copy for a target audience of teaching professionals.
Ability to write in an engaging, creative and compelling way to achieve objectives of school sign ups to the campaign.
Good attention to detail and proof-reading/ editing skills.
Knowledge of SEO- desirable.
