I am looking for someone to create a cartoon animation for me. The style needs to be 2D, and I am open to suggestions in terms of the software used. Hi, I see the 2d illustrations they look great I can make your web episodes with a great output as final renders in 3d. I know you need the 2d look but personally I would prefer you to opt for 3d options. Im a 3d animator and have Been making animations and VFX for over 13 years.
