We need to collect syndicated loan contracts from SEC EDGAR that are reported by the firms who engage in these contracts. They are reported in 10Ks, 10Qs, and 8Ks, so it is not uniform. I have a dataset with info such as name and various borrower ids, loan amount, and the date the deal was active. I am trying to figure out a way that we can pull these contracts. Do you think this is something you could do?
We are needing someone to edit our product photos. We use Capture One and are shooting photos using a Nikon SLR camera and a photo tent on a white background. These need to be cropped to square size and be adjusted for color cast and exposure corrected. Some edits need to "heal" and remove light glare from led lights in tent. This isn't an error, but what I was saying about having the grass density uniform across the whole mesh, I know I can use the existing asset to normalise the mesh, but on a large golf course that creates too much of a performance hit, as it divides the mesh up and some of our meshes are 5km*5km. So have a think about how to solve this, you can see on the green fringe here where the grass has 'bunched' up and creates those nasty looking triangulated parts. This is some extra work for you if you can stand working with us again
