I need a website developed/designed. I am looking to start a site for people looking to rent lake-front hom...description, price and such as well as several pictures of their rental property. I want the data to be saved and categorized in to areas by region and lake. So, rentees can search by area of the state or specific lake. Would be great if each house could allow the renter to block out either non-rentable times or rented times so that users could see if the place was available and display this in calander only rentable time but prices associate with certain times of the year. Maybe a house would rent cheaper during the winter and more expensive during holidays during the summer. Would like this site to be scalable so that other states could be added as the site grows.

We have finally gotten final approval to get this site done. We are look for a Web site that would have a simple database back end with dancers bio's. The web site would only have approx. 10 pages. There would be a Calander page, Dancer's schedule page, Dancer's Bio Page, Virtual Club tour page and a few other misc. pages. The Calander page should be easly updateable by a non technical person. The Dancers Bio Page should also be easy to update, add and delete dancers and dancers pictures some kind of flash animation that would scroll thru the dancers pictures (4 to 5 pictures per page).
