...spans embedded firmware through to field wiring, so I need someone who is equally comfortable writing low-level code and crimping a terminal block. Scope of work The core task is to design and deploy a complete connected node (or nodes) that gathers data from the filtration skid, pushes those readings to a cloud or local dashboard, and executes real-time control logic. You’ll decide the microcontroller or SBC platform, pick the right sensors for viscosity, particulate count, pressure or any other parameter critical to oil quality, and integrate them cleanly into existing panels. A solid grasp of industrial protocols (Modbus, CAN, Ethernet/IP, etc.) will be helpful because the controller must talk to the plant’s PLC network. On-site involvement Lab prototyping ca...

Project Goal We want to develop a compact and reliable PCB for monitoring: Voltage Current Power consumption Energy consumption / kWh Power factor, if possible Basic electrical health/status data The device may use ESP32 or any suitable low-cost microcontroller, but the final solution must be practical, reliable, and cost-optimized. Main Requirement The most important requirement is low total product cost. The PCB design must be optimized so that: PCB manufacturing cost stays low Component cost stays low Assembly cost stays low The product can be produced in bulk later Components should be easily available from suppliers l...
I need production-ready firmware for an STM32F303 that turns the microcontroller into a front-end for high-speed digitisation of SDR signals. The chip’s ADCs must sample the incoming RF-baseband stream, move the data through DMA with minimal latency, and prepare it for onward transmission over a fast serial link (either SPI or UART—whichever achieves the cleanest, sustained throughput on this part). The core of the job is sensor-style data processing: capture, buffer, and pre-format the raw samples so that an external host can handle the heavier DSP. No motor-control, no classic temperature or pressure sensors—just clean, reliable handling of SDR-grade analogue input. Key expectations • Continuous, gap-free acquisition at the highest practical sampling rat...

The core requirement is clear: once the filter’s usable period or flow-rate threshold is met, the system must alert the user that a replacement is due. Here is what I’m expecting from you: • Hardware design: a compact, low-cost circuit (microcontroller-based or otherwise) able to sense filter usage and I don’t want a beep sound in the hardware, I only need LED indication with red and green lights. • Firmware: well-documented code that tracks usage time/flow and triggers the end-of-life signal with accuracy and repeatability. • Prototype files: schematic, PCB layout, BOM, and compiled firmw...
I have an existing board that only needs a light touch, but it has to be done fast. THE CIRCUIT CURRENTLY FUNCTIONS AS INTENDED. DO NOT CHANGE ANY CONNECTIONS INSIDE THE CIRCUIT, JUST WHERE THE EXTERNAL WIRES CONNECT!!! I need the microcontroller (Xiao nrf52840) centered on the board (it's currently slightly off center). I need the JSTs that are currently on the sides to simply trade "E+" for "A+" so that the two JST pairings are then (E-, A+) and (E+, A-). You are swapping the actual traces that connect as well as the print on the PCB. Swap the actual JST fittings for 90 degree JSTs but keep the same size. Swap the battery JST (B+, GND) for a 2mm 90 degree JST facing the right side of the board.

I would like to explain my project . The project is about designing a temperature sensing circuit using an operational amplifier (Op-Amp) without using any microcontroller. The main idea of the project is to measure the surrounding temperature using a temperature sensor and compare it with a reference temperature that can be adjusted manually using a potentiometer. If the measured temperature exceeds the reference value, the circuit will activate an output, which is an LED indicator. Otherwise, the LED will remain off. This system is useful in applications such as factories, where it is important to monitor temperature to prevent damage to stored goods. In the project, I will: • Design and simulate the circuit using Multisim. • Set the reference temperature (around 24...
I need a compact two-layer PCB laid out in Altium Designer for an industrial-control product. The schematic is ready and centres on a microcontroller that must talk to the outside world through both RS485 and Modbus, so the board has to keep those differential pairs clean, properly terminated, and routed with industrial-grade robustness. The job covers: • Translating my finished schematic into a neat, manufacturable board outline that fits the mechanical envelope I will provide. • Placing the microcontroller, its support parts, and the required communication-interface circuitry while observing good separation between digital and noisy field lines. • Layer-stack definition, clear power/ground strategy, silkscreen clarity, and all the DRC housekeeping ex...

All anodes share one rail, all cathodes share the opposite rail, and every LED must have its own calculated series resistor so the current stays within the limits stated in the datasheet. No logic, microcontroller, or programming is involved. The LEDs must sit side-by-side in their pairs so the light appears clustered, then those five pairs are spaced around the ring exactly as shown on the mechanical. Please keep the layout clean, manufacturable, and symmetric so each LED sees the same impedance path. Deliverables • Production-ready Gerber and drill files • Pi...

I have a bread-boarded prototype built around Dialog’s DA16600 Wi-Fi/BLE microcontroller that drives two ePaper displays and includes a small BMS for a single-cell Li-ion pack. It is time to turn this stack of jumper wires into a professionally laid-out PCB created entirely in KiCad. The board must replicate every feature of the prototype while adding proper power-management circuitry so the system can move smoothly between active, sleep and charging states. Clean routing for the high-current path of the BMS and the low-noise requirements of the ePaper lines is essential. Experience with the DA16600 reference design, its RF keep-out requirements and its programming/boot strapping options will be a strong advantage. What I will hand over • A complete schematic of the c...

I’m developing a compact biometric terminal built around an ESP32 and a fingerprint scanner, and I need production-ready firmware that lets the hardware shine. The microcontroller must enrol and match prints locally in real time, then immediately publish the results to a cloud back-end for long-term storage and analytics. No on-device history needs to persist once the upload is confirmed, so the code should free local buffers promptly to keep RAM usage low. Core requirements • Real-time capture, template creation and matching on the ESP32 (FreeRTOS / ESP-IDF or Arduino-ESP32—whichever you’re fastest with). • Secure HTTPS or MQTT push to the cloud of my choice (AWS IoT Core is preferred, but your proven alternative is welcome). • Robust reconne...

The core functions are simple but non-negotiable: • A single, unobtrusive button on the band starts or stops the motor immediately. • In “random” mode the firmware should trigger short vibrations at unpredictable intervals; in...off-the-shelf blank if that simplifies the build. Deliverables • Circuit schematic, parts list and 3D files for the enclosure insert. • Firmware with clearly commented code allowing me to edit interval ranges and vibration length. • One fully assembled, rechargeable prototype (USB-C preferred) plus step-by-step assembly photos.
