the program will have to work on windows without support from other third-party software

will have to be well written with comments for others to understand

Hi, thanks for clarifying. I have a few questions. I have marked my issues in double brackets below.

"10. Now on the background the system will see if the person has the clearance to take the product.
a. If yes a alert will grant access and ask the user ((which product he took from that box)).
((i.The system will then check if its the same as requested. And pop a
window saying so.))"

When the the above check is true (user has clearance to take the product), what do you want to be done? What about the list (1-10) in the Boxes tab? What should it do? And do you want to be able to add each item to a different box? Or all of them in 1 box? Also please check entry #9 ; hope you like the GUI.

  I have checked your entry and it's very close to what I want.
  to answer your questions: when the check is true, I want the system to tell the user in which box that product is.
  Just remember that each box has the same clearance level of the product with the highest one. (say in box 1 there are two items. one with CL 2 and the other CL 4. that box will only be accessible by users with CL 4 or higher). This means that the user can only have access to the product if he has the necessary clearance for that product AND that box.
  
  The third box is just to choose how many boxes I can put my products in.
  
  Yes, I do want to be able to add each item to a different box.
  
  Can we make the size of the window adjustable? Also instead of a popping up window to add a user/product can we make it fixed to the window above the spreadsheet? For deleting I would like to select which one and press the button Delete.

- How many account do you want to be able to add/delete?

- What exactly do you mean by these tabs. Is it tabs like in a web browser? Or is it a button that moves you forward and backwards between the application like in a software installer? Either case, if you could please clarify, it would be of great help.

  Hi, Sakhawat Khan S. thanks for your question. I want to be able to add/delete as many as I want. I have added an image to the contest attachments with an example of the tabs and the spreadsheet for adding/deleting users. The text and fields would be different it's just to illustrate the UI.
