I need a very basic chat bot developed and published through my Azure account, using the Microsoft Bot Framework that passes the validation requirements for a .bot domain through Amazon Registry.

It will simply need to say we are coming soon and ask for a name and email

It can be very basic, as it is required only for the purpose of passing the validation requirements in order to register the .bot domain to begin with
