I have some old files that have a transparent logo put on them.

I also have some new files without a transparent logo on it.

What I need done: I want to put on a transparent logo on the new files (using the same level of transparency and sizing as the old files.

The wording "Powered By" needs to be removed too so it appears EXACTLY the same as the logo on the old files.
