I have a fantasy football (American football) team named "The Alchemists" and need a logo! Alchemy is the medieval science of turning lead into gold. This was the precursor to modern day chemistry but was also viewed as a type of "Magic".

As a result, I would love a mascot style logo with a wizard/scientist as the mascot above the words "The Alchemists". I would love the color scheme to be Black/Gold with Emerald Green accents. The type of gold being that of LAFC (Los Angeles Football Club) or the Army West Point Football Logo.

As far as design elements, I'd be open to seeing beakers or test tubes as elements in the logo as well as some interesting "blueprint" style font. I guess what I mean by that is lines and angles etc. to make it look sciency. The scientist should look like a wizard but not in the "Magic" sense. Think a wizard's hat but not the kind with the stars and moon on it!
