The contest here is not to create a website but to suggest the technology that can used to get the application created (for Ex: wordpress templates, Joomla, Open Real estate application etc). I would like to get suggestions for opensource / free to use frameworks / software

I want the deliverable in the following format:
Advantages of the technology
Disadvantages of the technology

Can we create workflows?
How does it handle email notification?
Does it have appointment handling inbuilt in it?
How will it scale to handle huge traffic?
Is it highly responsive?
Does it handle screen resolutions well. Is this inbuilt?
Is it a white label real estate application?
Is it easy to customise?
Can the same stack be used for advertising vehicles as well?
Can it be converted to an app easily?
Google Maps integration?

Here are the requirements for the real estate application:

User login via google / facebook

House Owners to be able to add their house for rent
images/videos of the house
Agents to be able to manage the appointments to view the rentals
Tenants to be to search for houses on rent
Tenants to be able to book an appointment for viewing a house.

System to have a rental agreement template which can be customised with the tenants and owners name.
Tenant and Owner to be able to sign the agreement online.

Tenant flow
Search - Book apointment for viewing - Online Rental agreement signing - Inventory - Get Keys - Inventory agreement online

Owner / Agent flow
Create a rental advertisement -add images /video

Agent flow
Manage viewings of houses (Add/Update/Remove availability slot for viewing) -
Confirm the appointment for viewing (via email)- Do credit referencing of tenants- rental agreement creation online - Inventory creation and publishing online - manage rental payments
