This contest is to create a template that will be available to anyone who would like to use it.

The template is to be a place holder. It will be used when a new domain is purchased but there is not a website active on the space or when a site is down for maintenance.

This template should be easy for anyone to edit quickly.

The HTML and CSS should be commented. I will have our copywriter proof the spelling but you will need to comment what is going on in the code.

There should be a place to insert an image and a place to insert some text like "Coming Soon" or "Under Construction"

The colours should be easily modified in the CSS and commented.

There should not be an excessive amount of graphics used.

There should not be any plugins used this is a very simple concept.

Prize will be awarded to the most innovative entry that loads quickly and is least complicated.

If you would like to add animations, video or slideshow options and that requires a plugin please make it easy for the user to be able to insert the data and that there are as little limitations as possible. Meaning do not put a slide show in that requires 3 images or only can use 3 images. This is a limitation that will cause people problems and the goal is to make this part easy on them.

Design should look good on all devices

These are great entries. Would be nice to see something outside of the box. Hard with such a simple project i know.
