It is basically a bootstrap-simplified solution with just a little more white space between each forum group I'm looking for. See also the two design-elements.png that I just uploaded here, it just shows how you could indicate a new message in a forum.

Task: Design two inner pages + simplify current header/footer for that usage.
Deliverables: First one or two sketches/drawings - if you win, deliver two html-pages with css.

I want design suggestions/drawings for the two attached inner pages (it is a non-existent forum on my future website).

Conditions:
I want you to make a nice html table using css/bootstrap, along with a navigation menu for Main, Register, Search, Login on the top of the page.

As indicated in attachment here at Freelancer. Maybe add a nice/cool css-ribbon to indicate new post and a alternative row color change (must be css-based). You can see where I get the forum inspiration from here: http://deltascripts.com/board - I want more or less the same functionality, just in bootstrap and if possible nice design.

If you win, you will get the job to code it into css/html (using bootstrap-library) - either one or two pages that is.
Less is more. Max 1 color and make it easy to change this color: Ribbons can have two colors to indicate updated/new. Or other clever ways to show updated forum/threads.

I want to keep the header/footer you see in attachment. So I also want you to code simple css as possible to get an almost equal header that does not impact on the bootstrap css that you design above. I will use other bootstrap items in this forum later, so it is important that all css used for header/footer does not change fonts, links, padding or anything in the forum - so you must use some kind of uniqe classes for every css/html-element in the header and footer-design. The menu items can be reduced to static links that I can update through notepad/html.

This is what the WordPress-header/footer looks like: http://77.40.236.121/forum . Again, I want to keep identicaly header/footer, it is the forum that you shall be creative about and show me 1-2 drawings of to win contest.

(NOTE: I will divide the html in your header and footer into two seperate php files that I call from forum.php - you do not have to integrate or think about WordPress, this URL is just to show the html for the header and footer that you also need to simplify).

So far, TaybeMuharem has the best solution. The header looks like the header I have, the footer looks like the footer and the design-suggestion for the board in bootstrap style looks useable. The only thing I would want is elements that will raise the look of the board itself, but unless anyone comes up with a nicer grahpical design, I would be able to live with that.

I will even consider entries that only will do the header/footer thing (at least as long as there are no design-suggestions). Should be pretty easy to do if you know css.
