Contest for company name and logo design

Background:
A company is specializing in large format printing, starting 18" x 18" being a smallest size of the print up to 50" x 100"
Orders accepted online via web site, and delivered via mail across Canada.
The order process is fully automated 24/7, no human interaction is needed.
Products include photo, poster, canvas, vinyl prints, framed and frameless products, mounted on different boards or mountless (sheets)

The special feature of the web site is an ability to ensure quality of the print depending on the uploaded image.
For instance if a customer uploads an image with a high pixel resolution, then site automatically will offer a full range of the print sizes.
In contrary, if a customer uploads an image with a low pixel resolution, then only small image sizes would be available.
Thus eliminates a guesswork and provides a quality guarantee for a customer
In the other hand we are guaranteed to receive the only images applicable to the selected sizes so that we do not have to do any manual adjustments.
This is particularly important for the large format prints, unlike for small format prints which majority of the similar companies provide.

Proposed company name must contain word 'Print'
Proposed name must be available in the .ca domain space
Proposed name must be easily distinguishable from the similar names and must not cause confusing associations
Logo needs to be appealing to audience in Canada
Logo needs to be in the proportions to fit google for business, Instagram and facebook
Logo must be unique, not used elsewhere, copyright free.
Winning contestant agrees not to use/sell/transfer the logo to any other third party
